By purchasing, accessing, or using Style Blender AI (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

## 2. License Grant

Upon completing your purchase, Karen Denning grants you a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license** to use Style Blender AI subject to the following conditions:

– Your license is valid for **up to 5 device activations**
– Your license is for **personal or commercial use** — you may sell digital products you create using the Software
– You may **not** resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the Software itself or your license key to any third party
– You may **not** use the Software to create content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

## 3. Permitted Use

You may use Style Blender AI to:
– Generate AI images for personal creative projects
– Generate AI images for commercial purposes, including selling digital products on platforms such as Etsy, TPT (Teachers Pay Teachers), Creative Fabrica, Creative Market, your own shop, etc.
– Use generated images in print-on-demand products, digital downloads, and other creative products

## 4. Prohibited Use

You may **not** use Style Blender AI to:
– Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
– Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
– Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Software
– Use the Software to train competing AI models
– Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the license validation system
– Share your license key with others or allow others to use your activation

## 5. AI-Generated Content

Style Blender AI generates images using third-party AI services including OpenAI and Google Gemini. Please be aware of the following:

– **Ownership:** To the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI providers, images you generate are yours to use commercially. However, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright registration in some jurisdictions.
– **No guarantees of uniqueness:** AI models may produce similar results for similar prompts. We cannot guarantee that your generated images are unique.
– **Third-party terms apply:** Your use of the underlying AI generation services is also subject to [OpenAI’s Usage Policies](https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies) and [Google’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy](https://policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy).

## 6. Payment & Refund Policy

– Style Blender AI is offered as a **one-time purchase** of $39 USD
– All payments are processed securely through Stripe
– **Refund policy:** Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate license delivery upon purchase, all sales are **final**. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Software, please contact us and we will work to resolve it

## 7. Intellectual Property

– The Style Blender AI application, interface, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Karen Denning and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
– You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the Software or any portion of it without our express written permission
– “Style Blender AI” and “Three Cats & A Karen” are trademarks of their respective owner

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Style Blender AI is provided **”as is”** without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

– The Software will be uninterrupted or error-free
– AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations
– The Software will be compatible with all devices or browsers

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Three Cats & A Karen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Style Blender AI, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license ($39 USD).

## 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Cats & A Karen, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software in violation of these Terms.

## 11. Modifications to the Software

We reserve the right to:
– Update, modify, or discontinue any feature of Style Blender AI at any time
– Update these Terms at any time, with the updated Effective Date posted on this page
– Revoke a license if we determine it has been used in violation of these Terms
